PTFE Corrugated Hose are widely used industrial components. They are formed by heating the tube to a specific temperature in a mold, applying internal pressure to induce lateral expansion (blowing), followed by cooling to set the shape. These tubes are valued for their exceptional flexibility, temperature resistance (-65°C to +260°C), and chemical inertness. While the minimum bending radius increases with tube diameter, they remain non-flexible post-forming.
