Cancellation Policy

We fully support order cancellations free of charge before production begins. Therefore, please notify us promptly if you wish to cancel.

For standard products, cancellations must be confirmed within 1-2 days after placing the order, while custom-made products cannot be canceled. If delayed communication results in production or shipment of goods, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation. Please note that a 2% non-refundable fee is applied to all purchases, and refunds for canceled orders will be adjusted to deduct this fee. Your understanding is appreciated.
