Performance Characteristics

PTFE Square Bar 
Featuring a uniform square cross-section design, it demonstrates significant structural advantages over round rods:  
1) 30% larger contact area enhances interfacial adhesion;  
2) 40-50% higher torsional stiffness due to increased second moment of area.  
Primarily used in industrial applications requiring strict deformation tolerance (±0.05mm), such as precision machinery guide rails and semiconductor equipment support frames.  

PTFE Rectangular Bar 
Engineered with an asymmetric cross-section design, customizable for width-to-thickness ratios (1:2 to 4:1). Its linear contact characteristics deliver:  
1) 25 MPa ultimate compressive strength with optimized load distribution;  
2) Stable friction coefficient (0.05–0.1) for enhanced interface compatibility.  
Typical applications include wear-resistant guides for heavy machinery (ASTM D1044) and high-voltage insulation liners (IEC 60243 certified).
