FEP High Shrink Ratio Heat Shrink Tubing is a type of heat-shrinkable tubing made from Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) copolymer. With a high shrink ratio of 3:1 or 4:1, it tightly conforms to complex shapes, offering exceptional sealing, chemical resistance, and high-temperature insulation, widely used in high-end applications such as medical devices, precision electronics, and aerospace encapsulation.
Material: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)
Color: Transparent
Standard size
Other size/ length can be customized according to requirements, Please contact us before ordering.
Performance Characteristics
- The light transmittance of 0.2mm wall thickness is 90%.No combustion in air(VW-0)
- Good high and low temperature resistance
- Low friction: dynamic friction coefficient 0.2-0.3.UV resistant, large diameter up to 215mm
- The shrinkage temperature is much lower than that of PTFE 130°C, full shrinkage temperature 240°C
